Take yarn of your choice, I have 3 colors, So I making use of them.

 Make a rectangle of your desired measurement using single crochet .

 Fold it in half leaving a small room for flap.

 Take another color yarn(optional) and (Single) crochet along the edges to make a border and also to    connect  the folded rectangle.

 While making the border connect the two edges where the folded rectangle meets, proceed.

 

  Now make a small square of your desired measurement but small than your finished bag.
 
 

  And sew it in the back using crochet needle to form a pocket.Like this.
